How does attendance work in TUTORA?
Each student gets a personal QR code that staff scan in class, and attendance can be GPS-checked. Parents can
see their child's attendance, and attendance reports and attendance-based billing are built in.
How do institutes collect class fees with TUTORA?
With invoices, online payments on supported plans, and bank-transfer slips that staff approve. An unpaid
students list shows who still owes fees.
Can TUTORA manage multiple branches?
Yes. One institute account covers every branch, with branch admins and branch-level cashier, receptionist and
attendance staff accounts.
Can institutes outside Sri Lanka use TUTORA?
Yes. TUTORA runs in any web browser and institutes from any country can sign up. Plans are currently priced
in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).
How much does TUTORA cost?
Plans are priced in Sri Lankan Rupees, from individual tutors to multi-branch institutes, and larger
